Aapki Yatra is tucked away in Sector 10. We spend a lot of our time looking at calendars and flight schedules on our monitors. The office isn't very large, but it fits our desks and a couple of chairs for people who drop by to ask about trains or holiday spots. Sector 10 can get a bit busy during the afternoons, so we usually hear the traffic while we’re on the phone. We’ve got a few maps pinned up that are starting to curl at the edges, but they help when we’re trying to explain a route. It’s mostly just us answering emails and checking booking dates. It isn't a high-pressure environment, though it does get hectic when everyone wants to travel at the same time during the summer months. We keep some notebooks around to jot down details because the computers sometimes feel a bit slow when we have too many tabs open. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is usually when we take a second to breathe and talk about something other than bookings. People from the neighborhood know us by name, and we just handle the travel paperwork and reservations as they come in. There is nothing polished about our space; it’s just a place where we do the work of getting people from one city to another. We’ve been here at this spot in Sector 10 long enough that the daily routine feels very familiar to everyone.
