Sankalp Industries

We are situated at B-40A in Sector-60. It is a standard industrial sector with rows of similar-looking buildings. We have been here since the early days when there wasn't much else around. Our building is a simple structure where we do our manufacturing. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number on the gate. Inside, it is mostly open space for the machines and the assembly area. We make various industrial components. It is not glamorous work. There is a lot of dust and the sound of metal hitting metal. We have a small office tucked away in the corner where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We have a small team, and everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. If a machine breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. We don't like wasting money on things we don't need. Our focus is just on keeping the production going and making sure the quality is decent. It is a long day, starting early and finishing when the work is done. That is just life in Sector-60 for us. The neighbors are mostly in the same boat, just trying to get things made and shipped out. We don't talk much about business strategy; we just look at the orders for the day and get to it. We keep things moving.
