You can find us in the Salim Bhati Paridhan Market, right on the Haldoni Bisrakh Road in Noida. This market is always crowded, and our shop is tucked in with all the others. We spend most of our time looking through magnifying glasses at tiny circuit boards. People come in with cracked screens, phones that fell in water, or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. It's a small space, so we have boxes of spare parts and tools piled up on every shelf. Sometimes a repair takes ten minutes, and other times we’re scratching our heads for two days trying to figure out why a phone won't turn on. We also sell things like earphones, chargers, and those colorful plastic covers that everyone likes. It’s noisy out on the road with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. My younger brother handles the customers while I do the soldering and the tricky technical stuff. We don't have any big signs or fancy lighting. It’s just a counter, a few stools, and a lot of wires. On busy days, people are standing outside waiting for their phones to be fixed so they can get back to their lives. We just try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s a lost cause. It’s a busy little shop in a busy part of town. We’ve been here since the market started growing and we like the people.
