Sai Samrat Mobiles

Our shop, Sai Samrat Mobiles, is right on the Main Dadri Road in Bhangel. We are situated in Tyagi Market, which is a place that stays crowded from morning until late at night. The road outside is always full of dust and the sound of horns, so we keep the glass door shut mostly, but the noise still gets in. Inside, it’s just a basic mobile shop. We have shelves lined with chargers, headphones, and those cheap plastic cases that everyone seems to want. It’s not a big fancy showroom like the ones you see in the malls. It’s just us and a couple of stools for customers to sit on while they wait for their phones to get fixed. We do a lot of second-hand buying and selling too, so there’s always a pile of old handsets behind the counter. The lighting inside is a bit too bright, but it helps when you’re trying to look at tiny screws inside a phone. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby and know us by name. We don’t use any marketing tricks. We just tell people if a phone is worth fixing or if they should just buy a new one. Sometimes the rain leaks a bit near the entrance when it's heavy, but we just put a bucket there and keep going. It’s a decent place to work and we like being part of the Bhangel community.
