Sector 25 Jalvayu Vihar 19 is a nice spot for us because it feels more like a community than a business district. Rudraksh Air Travels & Tourism has been here long enough that we know most of the people who walk past our window every day. Our office is tucked away, and inside it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few dusty models of airplanes. We spend our time booking flights and helping families plan their holidays. It gets pretty hectic during the school break seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to find tickets that aren't too expensive and make sure the names are spelled right on the forms. Mistakes happen occasionally, like a date getting swapped, so we spend a lot of time double-checking everything. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. We aren't a big corporate chain. It’s just us here, answering the phone and trying to keep the printer from jamming. Most people who come to see us are our neighbors from Jalvayu Vihar, and we like it that way. It makes the work feel a bit more personal when you know who you are helping. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when the neighbors stop by just to chat, but that is part of being here. We don't mind the extra company.
