Reena Fire Works

Reena Fire Works is tucked away in Chairman Wali Gali, which is a small lane off G T Road in Dadri, near the Canara Bank. The exact address is 19/97. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the lane, especially when we have stuff being delivered. Since we deal with fireworks, we have to be very careful about how we store things and how we handle the stock. The shop is filled with boxes of different sizes, mostly organized by what’s inside. It’s a very seasonal business, so some parts of the year are much quieter than others. During the big festival months, the whole street gets crowded and we’re busy from morning until late at night. We don't have any flashy displays or high-tech gadgets in here. It’s just shelves and boxes. The walls are plain, and we spend a lot of time checking our inventory to make sure everything is in order. We’ve been in this spot in Dadri for a long time, so most locals know exactly which turn to take to find us. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't do much talking about "service" or anything like that; we just show people what we have and they pick what they want. It’s a unique kind of business to run, but it’s what we know. We mostly deal with the same suppliers and the same customers year after year without making any fuss.
