Our shop sits on the Main Road in Deepak Vihar, at A-5. Being on the main road means we see a lot of traffic and people walking by all day. We do all the usual telecom things like recharges, selling small handsets, and fixing minor phone problems. The shop is small, so we have to be organized with how we stack the boxes and accessories. It gets dusty because of all the cars passing by outside, so we are always wiping down the glass. We don't have a big team, usually just one or two of us behind the counter. We’ve been here at A-5 for quite some time now. Most of the people in Deepak Vihar know us as the place to get a quick top-up or a new screen guard. Sometimes we run out of certain items because the delivery is late, but we try to keep the basics in stock. It is a busy life, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home and remembers they need something for their phone. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell you what we have and how much it costs. It is a straightforward business. We like being on the main road because we get to see everything that’s happening in the neighborhood. It keeps things interesting while we work. We just stay open and wait for the next person.
