You can find us in Khora Colony, right at Deepak Vihar A-5. It’s a small spot, really just a room packed with mobile accessories and cables. We started Radhika Telecom because everyone around here always needs a quick fix for their phone or a new screen guard. The street outside is usually pretty noisy with bikes and people walking by. Inside, it’s mostly shelves full of phone cases and chargers. We do recharges too, which keeps us busy throughout the day. People come in asking for the latest data plans or just to fix a charging port that’s acting up. It gets pretty dusty in here since the door stays open all day. I usually sit behind the glass counter and help whoever walks in. Sometimes it’s a kid looking for a cheap pair of earphones, other times it’s an old man who can't figure out his settings. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure things run. There’s no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that clicks a bit. It’s not a fancy mall shop. It’s just a local place in the neighborhood where you can get your phone sorted without much fuss. We try to keep things organized but with so many small parts and wires, it’s a constant battle. That’s just how it is for us here in Khora. We just want to help people get their phones working again.
