Precision Components

You can find us right on the Main Road in Sector 11, at W 43. Precision Components is a bit of a dusty place because of all the metalwork we do. We have lathes and milling machines that have seen a lot of use over the years. The floor is usually covered in a bit of metal shavings and oil, no matter how much we sweep it. We spend our days measuring parts down to the smallest bit to make sure they fit where they are supposed to go. It’s a lot of manual labor, and the shop can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at the same time. We don't really have a front desk or a waiting room, usually people just walk straight into the workshop to find us. Most of the guys here have grease under their fingernails and a rag in their back pocket. We focus on the work at hand, whether it's a small order for a neighbor or a bigger batch for a regular client. Sector 11 is a busy spot, and being on the Main Road means there’s always something happening outside our door. Sometimes we take our tea breaks out front just to watch the traffic go by. We don't use any fancy software for the most part, we just use our eyes and our hands to get the components right. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from Monday through Saturday. We’ve been at this for years and don't plan on changing how we do things anytime soon for anyone.
