Pine Labs is situated over at Plot No. B 2. We take up the second and third floors of the building here. It’s a pretty standard office setup, nothing too flashy if you walk inside. Most of our days are spent in front of screens or talking about software stuff. We have a lot of people coming in and out, especially on Mondays. The stairs are usually faster than the lift if you’re just going between our two floors. We’ve got desks pushed together and rows of computers everywhere. It’s not the quietest place because there’s always a meeting or someone on a call. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing in our daily interactions. We just wear our regular clothes and focus on the technical side of things. The neighborhood around Plot B 2 has a few good spots to grab lunch, which is where you’ll find most of us around one o'clock. We don't have a big marketing department writing our story. We are just a bunch of people trying to keep the payment systems running smoothly for everyone else. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the printer jams, and we deal with it just like any other business would. We aren't looking to be famous; we just want the work to be solid. It's a lot of hours, but we've got a decent group of people here. The office plants probably need more water, but we're mostly focused on the computers.
