Pindi Soya Wah Bhai Wah

We are over in Sector 18, at B-1/6. If you know Noida, you know Sector 18 is always bustling. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We specialize in soya dishes, mostly cooked over the tandoor or on the grill. It’s a small place, and the focus is really just on the food itself. We spend a lot of time marinating everything so the flavors are right. It’s a bit of a messy job, but we enjoy it. In the evenings, the smoke from the grill drifts out onto the street and usually brings people in. We don't have much of a seating area, so you’ll often see people eating near their cars or standing around on the pavement. That’s just the culture here. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We just want to serve something that tastes good and keeps people coming back. The name is a bit long, but people mostly just call us Pindi Soya. It’s a family-run thing, and we take pride in getting the charcoal just right. Some nights it’s so busy we can barely keep up, and other times we just hang out and talk to the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a typical local spot where the food is the main thing and everything else is secondary. We've been here a while and plan to stay as long as people keep showing up for a plate of chaap.
