Our place is out in the Surajpur Industrial Area, right off the Noida Dadri Road. It is a busy industrial zone, so there are big trucks moving around the entrance all the time. We focus on food production here at this facility. It is not a restaurant where you sit down to eat, but more of a workspace where we prepare things in bulk. The Sarjapur area has grown a lot since we first started our operations. We have a team of people who come in early every morning to get the machines running and the ingredients ready. It gets quite noisy inside the building when everything is going at once. We handle a lot of orders for different types of food items that go out to other businesses. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed because of the heavy traffic on Dadri Road, which can be a bit of a headache for everyone involved. We try to keep the floors clean and the workers focused on their specific tasks. It is a lot of repetitive work, like packing and sealing and checking the weights of the boxes. We are not some massive corporation with a glass building; it is just a sturdy factory unit in a row of other factories. We have had to learn a lot about how to keep things moving smoothly. There is always something that needs fixing, like a belt on a machine. We just take it day by day and work.
