Om Shiv Bartan & Crockery Store

You can find us in the main Bartan Market over in Harola Sector-5. We are pretty close to the primary school, so there are always kids and parents walking past our doors. The shop is full of stainless steel, copper, and all sorts of crockery stacked up high. Sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze in here because we try to fit so much onto the shelves. People come in looking for a single spoon or a whole set of dishes for a wedding gift. It’s a noisy place with the sound of metal clinking together as people pick through the stacks. We spend a lot of time dusting things off because the market gets quite dusty. It’s just how it goes in this part of Noida. We aren't doing anything fancy, just selling what people need for their kitchens. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors while we wait for customers. It’s a decent way to spend the day. If you’re walking through the market near the school, you’ll see our sign. We’ve been here a good while and seen the market change quite a bit over the years. We keep the shop open late most days since that’s when most folks finish work and come to do their shopping. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to. We don't mind the noise or the crowds too much anymore.
