We've been here in Sector 41 for a while now. Ratanagiri Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we handle a lot of tile and pottery work. The office is at B 40. It gets pretty busy around Noida, especially with all the new buildings going up. We mostly just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the stock is where it needs to be. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace with desks and samples scattered around. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's just us catching up on paperwork. People come by the office sometimes to check out the different finishes. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the warehouse side gets a bit cluttered. That's just how it goes when you deal with heavy ceramics. It's a lot of lifting and moving boxes. Our team is small, mostly locals who know the area well. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just keep doing what we do. If you're looking for us, we are right there in B 40. It's easy to find if you know the sector. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people finding us through word of mouth or seeing the sign outside. It works for us. We just want to get the job done and go home at the end of the day. It’s a decent living.
