Ratnagiri Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is situated at E-161 in Sector 15, Noida. This part of Noida is always buzzing with activity, and our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with ceramics, so you will often see samples of tiles or pottery pieces lying around on the tables. It is not the most organized office in the world, but we know where everything is. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are narrow, but it works for us. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and checking on the quality of the batches coming in. There are always stacks of catalogs and order forms piled up near the computer. We don't have a big corporate structure; it is just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually take our breaks and talk about the day's work. We don't use any complicated software to manage things, just some basic spreadsheets and a lot of memory. It gets busy during the peak seasons when everyone wants to renovate their homes. We just try to keep up with the demand and make sure our clients are happy with what they get. It is a straightforward business without any hidden agendas. We just like ceramics and we like working in Noida.
