Kent Ro System Ltd

We set up this place in Greater Noida a few years back to handle the RO systems. It’s mostly just us technicians and a couple of people answering the phones. Most days are spent driving around the different sectors here. People call when their filters get clogged or the machine starts making a weird noise. We carry a lot of spare parts in the back of the van because you never know what’s going to be broken until you actually open the unit up. It’s dusty work sometimes. Greater Noida is big, so we spend a lot of time on the road. Kent Ro System Ltd isn't doing anything fancy, just fixing machines so people can have clear water to drink. Sometimes a repair takes ten minutes, other times we are stuck there for an hour trying to figure out a leak. We see a lot of different kitchens. Some people offer us tea while we work, which is nice when it's cold out and we've been on our feet all day. We keep our tools organized in plastic crates, or at least we try to. It gets hectic during the summer months when everyone realizes their RO isn't working right. We just take the calls as they come in and go from one house to the next. That’s pretty much how it goes every day for us here. It’s a lot of driving and a lot of screwdrivers, but we like the work well enough.
