Our facility is located at B-148 in Phase-II. It’s a standard industrial plot in a busy part of the development. We manufacture various products here, mostly focusing on small parts and assemblies. The building is a simple concrete structure. Inside, it’s divided into a storage area and a production floor. We have a few rows of machines and a long assembly table where the final work gets done. It’s not a high-tech lab, just a place where we put things together by hand or with basic equipment. There’s a small break room where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team trying to do a good job with what we have. Sometimes the supply chain causes headaches and we have to wait for materials to arrive. On those days, we usually catch up on cleaning or organizing the shelves. We don't use any marketing buzzwords or try to sound like something we aren't. We just make the products that our customers ask for. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We like the routine of coming in, doing the production run, and seeing the boxes get packed up at the end of the day. It’s just life at the B-148 unit. We've been here for several years now and we've got a good handle on how to run things without any fuss.
