Nuberg Engineering Limited (Heavy Fabrication Division)

We've been over here at A38H in Sector-64 Noida for a while now. It’s mostly just metal and noise most days. The heavy fabrication division is where all the big stuff happens. It’s not fancy. You walk in and there’s welding sparks and the smell of cut steel everywhere. Big structures and engineering parts take up a lot of room here. The yard is usually full of trucks coming and going at odd hours. People think engineering is all drawings, but in this part of Noida, it’s mostly just hard work and getting your hands dirty. The sun hits the metal roof and it gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially in the summer. Most of the guys have been with us for years, just doing the same kind of fabrication work day in and day out. It’s steady. There isn’t much to look at besides the machines and the beams we’re putting together. Nuberg Engineering Limited is just the name on the gate, but inside it's just a group of us moving heavy things around. Sometimes the cranes get stuck or we run out of space, but that’s how it goes in a place like this. A big front office isn't something we have. Just the workshop floor and some desks in the corner where the paperwork stays. It’s just an honest day's work in a dusty part of Sector-64. There's nothing glamorous about it, but it's what we do here.
