Mcdonald'S

This location is at 230 in Sector 61. It’s a bit different from the ones in the bigger markets because we see a lot of families from the nearby apartments. We spend our time standing on the hard floors, taking orders and bagging up burgers. The kitchen is always buzzing with the sound of the fryers. We have a routine that we follow every day to make sure everything is ready when the doors open. At 230, we have a decent amount of seating, and we spend a lot of our time walking around with a cloth to keep the tables clean. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this looking okay. We have a lot of kids coming in, so there are usually some crumbs and spilled drinks to take care of. We don't use any fancy language about our food. It’s just the burgers and fries that everyone knows. We handle the morning rush and then the dinner rush, with a bit of a slow period in the middle of the afternoon. We work as a team, just trying to get through the orders without too many delays. Sometimes the drive-thru gets backed up and we have to move a bit faster. It’s a straightforward job at Mcdonald'S. We show up, put on the apron, and do the work until it’s time to go home. Sector 61 is a nice area to be in and we have this spot right here.
