Mayan Engineers (P) Ltd. is located over at B-135 in Sector-65. It’s one of those blocks where every building looks a bit the same. We have a solid workshop area where most of the actual work happens. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We’ve got a small section partitioned off for the office work, but mostly it’s just one big open space. The noise from the neighboring units can be pretty loud in the afternoons. We handle a lot of mechanical parts and assembly stuff. It’s not the cleanest environment, but we get the jobs done. Most of the guys have been with us for years and know exactly which machine makes which sound. We don't spend much on decor or fancy lighting. We just have the standard tube lights and some old fans that squeak a bit. When we get a big order, the whole place feels a bit small, but we make it work. Sector-65 is a good place to be for this kind of engineering work because all the suppliers are close by. We spend a lot of time on our feet, checking parts and talking to the machinists. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you show up, you just walk back to find someone. It’s practical and we keep our focus on the metal. It’s a lot of hard work and we stay until the job is done.
