Max Cryo Engineering Pvt Ltd is based over at A-38 in Noida J, Sector 64. It’s a bit of a different setup than some of the smaller shops. We have more of a factory feel here. Being in Sector 64 means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial companies. The 'Cryo' part of the name sounds a bit fancy, but at the end of the day, it’s still engineering. We deal with a lot of heavy tanks and specialized equipment. The office part of A-38 is where the paperwork happens, but the real work is in the back where the technicians are. It’s usually pretty busy, with people coming in for meetings or checking on their orders. We have to be careful with everything we handle because it's sensitive stuff. The lunch hour is when the place finally goes quiet for a bit. Most of the guys head out to the local stalls for food. Sector 64 has grown a lot since we first moved in. There are more buildings now and way more traffic. Sometimes it takes forever just to get out of the gate at the end of the shift. We just focus on our own tasks and try to stay on schedule. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the shop floor. We don't do much talking; we just let the work speak for itself. It’s a long day, but it feels good when a project is finished and sent out to the customer's site.
