Godrej & Boyce Mgf. Co. Ltd

We are located at 1154-Maruti Vihar in Noida. This is the office for Godrej & Boyce Mgf. Co. Ltd. It’s basically a residential house that we use for the company's manufacturing and coordination work. Noida is a big city with lots of tall buildings, but Maruti Vihar is more grounded and quiet. Our office at 1154 is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the house number. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze of desks and filing cabinets. We handle a lot of the logistics for this region from here. It isn't a polished corporate environment. We have tea together in the afternoons and mostly just talk about the day's tasks. There’s no big promotional stuff or fancy mission statements. We just try to stay organized and get through the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we just clean it up and keep working. The staff here is small, so we all know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have any big meetings with slides; we just talk across the desks. It’s a very simple, human way to work. We’ve been in this Maruti Vihar spot for quite a while now and we like the location. It’s just a regular house where a few people come to do an honest day’s work for a big company. We don't need anything more than that to get the job done.
