Our base is at the Khoob Chand Sarpanch Market in Village Dadha, which is part of Greater Noida. Being a civil contractor means we aren't always in the office. A lot of our time is spent out at different sites, looking at foundations or checking on how the brickwork is coming along. The market office is where we keep the blueprints, the logs, and where we meet with the labor foremen to plan the next day. It’s a dusty job, and our shoes usually show it. We deal with cement, sand, and steel most days. Village Dadha has seen a lot of construction lately, so there’s always something happening nearby. We started out small and just kept doing the work that came our way. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth in the local area. When we are at the market, there’s usually a lot of talk about the cost of materials or which truck is arriving late. It’s practical work that requires being on your feet and paying attention to how things are built. We’ve worked on everything from small houses to boundary walls and larger structures around Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s satisfying to see a building go up from nothing but a patch of dirt. We just take it one project at a time and try to keep our workers busy.
