Maa Vaishno Telecom Center

Maa Vaishno Telecom Center is a small shop located at Rajendra Place 3. We have been here for several years now, helping people with their mobile phone needs. It is a very busy spot because Rajendra Place has so much foot traffic every single day. Our shop is mostly filled with glass counters where we keep different handsets and all the small accessories like chargers and cables. Most of the time, people come in because they need to recharge their data or their phone screen has a crack that needs fixing. It is not a huge space, so it can get a bit crowded during the lunch hour or when people are leaving work. We don't have any fancy marketing or polished sales pitches. We just stand behind the counter and help whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow or a repair takes longer than we thought, and we just have to explain that to the customer. We see a lot of the same people every month who come back to pay their bills or get a new SIM card. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We’ve seen the technology change so much since we first opened, but the basics of helping customers stay the same. We just keep the lights on and do our best to stay helpful for the community.
