Sector 20 B-27 is where you will find us most days, usually hunched over a desk with a phone pressed to our ear. M S Tour & Travels isn't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us trying to keep the cars moving and the schedules on time. The office itself is small and stays a bit cramped with all the logbooks we keep piled up. Much of our time is spent talking to drivers and making sure they know where they are headed. Sometimes the traffic in this part of town gets so bad that it throws everything off, and we have to sit here and figure out a new plan on the fly. It can be stressful when a train is about to leave and the passenger is still stuck a few miles away. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing team. Most people find out about us because they live nearby or their friend used us once to get to the airport. We drink a lot of chai to stay awake during the late-night bookings. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy worrying about petrol prices and route maps to get around to it. It’s just a regular local business, nothing more and nothing less than that. We focus on the cars and the routes and try to keep things moving as best as we can every day.
