Kavita Engineering Industries Private Limited is over at A-29 in Sector 58. It’s a standard industrial plot in a row of many others just like it. If you walk inside, you’ll see the machines taking up most of the space. We have a small corner for the paperwork, but that’s not where the real work happens. The noise is constant from about eight in the morning until we shut down for the day. Sector 58 is a busy area, so there’s always trucks moving around and people heading to their shifts. We don't have a polished corporate image or anyone to write fancy reports for us. We just take the drawings we get and start the manufacturing process. Some days the machines run smooth, and other days we’re spending hours trying to fix a stubborn part that won't behave. That’s just the nature of this business. The workshop gets really hot in the middle of the day, so we drink a lot of water and try to keep moving. We don’t spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big multinational company. We’re just a local business with a crew that’s been here for a long time. Our main gate stays open so the breeze can come through, and we just focus on whatever batch of parts is currently on the schedule. It’s honest, manual work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
