Our shop is located at Baroula 144. Kandakure Engineering Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. It’s a practical space where we get the real work done. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing. Most days you’ll find us covered in dust or grease, just making sure the machines are running right. Baroula is a decent place for a business like ours because we have enough room for the equipment. We started small, just a few tools and a lot of long hours. Now we have a bit more, but the way we work hasn't changed much. The building at 144 isn't hard to find if you’re looking for engineering help in this area. We have a few people on the team who have been here since the beginning. We mostly just focus on whatever project is on the bench that day. There’s a lot of noise sometimes from the tools, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the paperwork in a small corner of the shop. It’s simple and it works for us. People know us by name around here. We don’t do much advertising; most of the people who come to Baroula 144 heard about us from a neighbor. Sometimes we stay late to finish a part, but that's just part of the trade. The floor is always a bit messy with metal scraps, but we clean up on Saturdays.
