Ashok Electronics

It is just me and a couple of others here at Ashok Electronics. We have been at 5/168 in Gautam Budh Nagar for quite a while now. People usually drop by when their TV acts up or they need a new cable for something. It gets pretty dusty out here on the street sometimes but we keep the doors open. I started this place because I liked fixing things with my hands. Now mostly I just talk to neighbors who come in looking for parts. The shop isn't huge. We have shelves packed with all sorts of components and wires. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact piece someone is asking for because things get shifted around. It’s a bit cluttered in the back room where the tools are kept. We try to keep regular hours but sometimes I have to step out for a bit to get supplies. My nephew helps out on the weekends when it gets a bit busier with people off work. Gautam Budh Nagar has changed a lot since we first opened the shutters here. More cars and more noise than before. But the location works for us. If you walk past the big tree on the corner you will see our sign. It's a bit faded from the sun. I haven't gotten around to painting it yet. There is usually a tea stall nearby where I get my morning cup and chat with the guy there. We just do our work and go home. That is how it has been for years.
