We are over at B-195, Phase Ii, which is where Inter Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd. does all its work. The building is just a standard warehouse unit like all the others in this part of the estate. Inside, it is a bit of a mess with solar panels, rolls of wire, and metal frames taking up most of the floor space. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that because we are usually too busy putting systems together. Phase Ii is a bustling area, and there is always something going on nearby. Our team is small, mostly just local guys who know their way around a toolbox. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the components and build the solar setups that people need. Sometimes it gets really hot in the warehouse during the summer, but we just turn on the fans and keep moving. We have a small table in the corner where we eat our lunch and talk about the jobs for the next day. It is a very simple operation. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation; we just want to keep the shop running and do a good job for the people who hire us. If you drop by B-195, you will likely find us with our sleeves rolled up, working on an assembly or checking a connection. It is just basic work.
