We are located at F-83 in Sector-8. It’s a pretty straightforward industrial block. Hytech Engineering isn't the kind of place you’d visit for a tour. It’s a functional space where we get metal work done. We have some heavy machinery and a lot of workbenches that have seen better days. The floor is concrete and always has a bit of metal shavings scattered around. We spend our time welding, cutting, and assembling. It’s noisy, and you have to wear earplugs if you’re going to be out there for long. My desk is in a small corner partitioned off by some plywood. It’s covered in old invoices and spare parts. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. People around Sector-8 just know we are here. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. Someone needs a frame built or a part repaired, and they find their way to our door. We drink our tea standing up most of the time because there isn't much room to sit. It’s a small team, just four or five of us, and we’ve worked together for so long we don't even have to talk much to know what needs doing. We close up around six, wash the grease off our hands, and head home. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy, which is all we really ask for.
