HygieneNyou is basically run out of Flat 1504 in Tower T of Prateek Wisteria. Since we’re in Sector 77, it’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than a factory or a market. We have our setup right in the apartment. It’s a bit unusual for a business, but it works for what we do. There are boxes stacked up in the corner and a desk near the window. From the 15th floor, the view is actually quite nice, especially in the evening. We spend a lot of time on the computer handling orders and talking to people about hygiene products. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure everything goes out on time. The security guards at the gate know us by now because of all the couriers coming in and out. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, but that’s living in a high-rise. We don’t have a storefront where people walk in. It’s mostly just us doing our thing behind the scenes. We like the comfort of being in a residential building. It feels more personal that way. We keep our files in a cabinet in the hallway and try to stay organized. It’s a home-grown business, literally, and we just take it one day at a time from our flat. We keep the balcony door closed to stop the dust from coming in. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello or ask for a package. It's a bit of a juggle living and working in the same place.
