Our office is over in Sector 22, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. Holiday Fly has been operating out of this spot for a bit. It’s a convenient location for people living nearby to just drop in and talk about their travel plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, trying to figure out flight schedules and where people want to go. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons, as you might imagine. The desk is usually covered in papers and notes. We don't really go for that polished travel agency look you see in malls. It’s just a room with some chairs and a few computers where we try to make things work for folks. Sector 22 is a good area, pretty easy to navigate once you know the turns. We see a lot of the same faces coming back, which is nice. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait a bit, but we just chat with whoever is in the office while we wait. It’s a small operation here. We handle a lot of bookings and cancellations, which can be a headache, but it's part of the job. Most days involve a lot of typing and checking dates over and over again. We just want to get the details right so nobody gets stuck at an airport somewhere. It can be stressful when flights are delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes.
