Gurunanak Interiors

We have been operating out of Plot No 299 in Deepak Vihar for quite a few years now. Most of the people around Khora Colony just know us as Gurunanak Interiors. It is basically a workshop where we spend our days surrounded by wood, saws, and the smell of fresh polish. We don't have a fancy showroom with air conditioning or bright lights. It’s just a practical space in Sector 62 where we get things made. Sometimes the place is a bit of a mess with sawdust all over the floor, especially when we are working on a large wardrobe or a set of kitchen cabinets. We don't really do the whole 'designer' thing with computer drawings. Usually, someone just comes in with a rough idea or a photo they saw somewhere, and we figure out how to build it. My brother and I handle most of the work ourselves, and we’ve got a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting. The traffic in Khora can be a bit much, but we like being here where the action is. We aren't interested in becoming a big corporation. We just want to keep making solid furniture that doesn't fall apart after a month. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but seeing a finished piece of wood looking good makes it worth it. If you’re looking for us, we’re just past the main turn in Deepak Vihar.
