Gupta Telecome

Gupta Telecome is over at Sky Line House in Nehru Place, shop number 103, 85. It’s one of those big buildings where everyone seems to be in a hurry. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the place is basically packed with phone parts, chargers, and boxes of accessories. It’s a bit of a maze to get through the building sometimes, but we like being here. The light in the shop isn't the brightest, so we have a few extra lamps on the workbenches. Most of our day is spent at those benches, fixing small things or checking out new stock. Nehru Place is famous for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by other people doing similar things. We share news with the neighbors about which parts are hard to get or if the weather is going to turn bad. We don't have any fancy signs inside, just some shelves that we put up ourselves. Sometimes the lift in Sky Line House is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We usually eat our lunch quick because there is always someone coming in with a cracked screen or a battery that won’t charge. It’s a simple routine. We open up, see who comes through the door, and try to get their gadgets working again. It’s just us doing our bit in the big city without trying to be anything we aren't.
