Guddu Painter

I’m usually out on a ladder or somewhere with a brush in my hand, but when I’m not, I’m at A-16 Sector 9. Guddu Painter is just what it says on the door. It’s right opposite A-16, which makes it pretty easy to find if you’re looking for the place. Most of my day is spent covered in small drops of white or off-white paint. I’ve got buckets and rollers all over the back of my small transport. I don’t have a big fancy storefront with lights. It’s more of a place where I keep my gear and wait for the next job to start. People in the sector know me because they see me working on the houses nearby. I do the walls, the ceilings, and sometimes the gates if the iron is starting to look old. My hands are always a bit rough from the sandpaper and the cleaning stuff. It’s not an easy job but I like seeing a room look clean once I’m done with it. I’ve lived around here for years so I know how the houses are built. Some have damp walls that need extra work before the color goes on. I just show up with my bag and get to it. Sometimes the sun is too hot or it’s raining, so I have to wait a day or two. That’s just part of the trade. I don’t use any big machines, just my hands and some good brushes.
