Ks Art Works

We set up Ks Art Works over at 203, Focal Point on Mehta Road. It’s an interesting spot to be in because of all the activity around here. Being in a place called Focal Point sounds a bit more grand than it actually is, but it’s a solid building for what we do. We spend most of our hours dealing with the creative side of things, though it’s a lot of manual labor too. Art isn't always pretty while you’re making it. There’s dust and scraps and a lot of planning involved. We don't really go for the high-end gallery vibe. It’s more of a workshop feel where things actually get made. Mehta Road is usually busy, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve got a small group here, and we mostly just talk about the projects we’re currently handling. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone with paint on their hands or busy with a tool. That’s just the way it goes. We like being in this part of town. It’s got a good energy for making things. We don't bother with big ads or anything like that. People find us through the work we do. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. It’s not about being famous, just about doing work we're okay with. We just take it day by day.
