I run Babu Arts on the second floor of a building in Sector 27. It is right on Main Dadri Road, very close to the metro station, so it stays pretty loud outside most of the day. Up here, it’s a bit quieter though. I spend my time working on different art pieces and signs for people around the neighborhood. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw the name from the street. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms filled with paint, brushes, and some half-finished projects. I started doing this because I liked making things with my hands. Now it’s just what I do every day. The light is okay in the mornings, but in the afternoon, it gets a bit hot because of the sun hitting the front windows. I usually keep the fans going full speed. Most folks who come by are regulars or people living nearby who need something specific done. We don't really have a big fancy setup here. It’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy during the festival seasons. We have some old chairs for when people need to wait. The floor gets messy with scraps and bits of tape, but that is just how it is when you are working. I try to sweep up every evening before locking the door and heading down to the metro. It's a simple life, but it keeps the bills paid and my hands busy.
