Sawan Arts

You can find Sawan Arts at number 29 in the Sector 11 Main Road Market. It is a busy area because HCL and Sahara are right nearby, so there are always people walking past. We have a lot of stuff crammed into our space. It’s an art place, so things aren't always in neat rows. There is paint, frames, and all sorts of materials lying around. The market is quite lively, especially in the evenings when everyone gets off work from the big offices. We have been here at this address for a long time. The shop is on the main road so it is easy to spot once you get into the market area. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Sometimes it takes a minute to find a specific brush or a certain color because we are always working on something new. It’s a bit of a squeeze when customers come in at the same time but it makes for a good atmosphere. We like being in Sector 11. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. No one here wears a suit. We usually have some ink or paint on our clothes by the end of the day. That is just how it goes when you are working with your hands. It is a noisy but creative spot.
