We are over in Sector 18 5. If you’ve ever walked around this part of town, you know it’s always moving. Foodista is our little corner in the middle of all that noise. We started this because we wanted a place where we could just cook and serve people without a lot of drama. The kitchen is small but we make it work. Every morning starts with getting the supplies delivered and checking what’s good. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know how to handle the rush. People come in from the offices nearby looking for something to eat that doesn't cost a fortune. We try to keep things simple on the plate. No decorations that you can't eat, just the food itself. Sometimes the line gets a bit long and we have to tell people to wait a few minutes, but nobody seems to mind too much. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’d rather spend the time in the kitchen. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Sector 18. We just want to be the place you think of when you’re hungry and happen to be at 5. It’s practical, it’s real, and it’s what we do. We close up once the dinner crowd thins out and then we do it all over again the next day. It's a busy life but we enjoy it.
