Our business is based in Sector-10 at plot B 34. It’s a typical industrial sector layout where every building looks a bit like the next one. We do all sorts of packaging work here, which means the place is usually full of cardboard rolls, plastic sheets, and a lot of tape. It can get a bit disorganized when we have a big shipment going out, but we eventually clear a path through the floor. The ceilings are high which is good for stacking things up. We have a couple of machines for cutting and sealing, and they make a rhythmic thumping sound that we’ve all grown used to. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main road gets blocked. We don't have a formal break room, so we usually just sit on the crates and eat our lunch together. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that; we just answer the phone and write down what people need. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things to the small yard outside. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving stuff all day long. The lights in the back are a bit dim but we know where everything is. It’s just how we run things in this part of the sector and it works for us and the people who buy from us.
