We are located in Sector-2, at A-85/86. This part of Noida is mostly offices and industrial buildings. Our place is quite large since we handle a lot of different things under the Dharampal Satyapal Ltd. name. When you walk in, it’s clearly a place where people are busy. We have many departments, and each one has its own vibe. Some areas are quiet with people focused on their screens, while others are a bit more chaotic with people talking and moving around. We have a lot of long corridors and many different rooms for meetings. The building itself is functional and doesn't have many frills. We have a canteen where we all go for tea and lunch, and that’s usually where the most interesting conversations happen. Working in Sector-2 means we deal with the usual Noida traffic and the dusty roads, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't really into the whole corporate branding thing inside the office; it’s more about getting the job done. There are always boxes being moved or new samples arriving. We spend a lot of time on planning and making sure our production schedules are met. It’s a lot of work, and the days go by pretty fast. We just try to keep our heads down and do what needs to be done to keep the business running smoothly. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of workplace for everyone involved in the daily grind of manufacturing and logistics.
