We’ve been running things from A-18 in Sector-10 for a long time. It’s a family business, started by my father, and now my brothers and I are the ones here every morning. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with tools and metal scraps lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a script. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. Most of our work is done in the back where the machines are. It gets loud and it gets hot, especially during the peak of summer. We just focus on getting the jobs done. People from the other units in the sector often stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with something. We've seen a lot of neighbors come and go over the years, but we’ve stayed put. Our building has seen better days, the plaster is peeling in a few spots, but it does the job. We don't spend money on advertising or shiny signs. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here long enough that people know we do what we say we’ll do. It’s a plain and simple way of working, and it’s served us well so far. We just keep our heads down and work. There are no secrets or big speeches here.
