Cosmic Bites

Cosmic Bites is located in the Gol Market area of Sector 11 in Ghaziabad. If you’ve been to Gol Market, you know it’s a circle with shops all around. We are one of those small storefronts. It gets pretty crowded on the weekends when everyone comes out for their shopping. We’ve been at this spot for a little while now. It’s a simple setup with a counter and a few places to stand or sit. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. The market has its own energy, and we just kind of fit into it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in Ghaziabad. We don’t have a lot of decorations. Just the menu on the wall and the smell of whatever we’re cooking. People from Sector 11 know us mostly by word of mouth. We don’t spend money on flyers or ads. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes by. It's a bit loud with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the orders. It’s a straightforward business. We do what we can with the space we have in Gol Market. It's been a few years now and we're still here doing the same things every day and keeping it simple.
