Our office and workshop are at Plot No.10, Ecotech Ext-1, right on Kasna Road in Greater Noida. Clearpack Automation Pvt.Ltd. is basically a place where we put together machines that help other companies pack their products. The Ecotech area is still growing, so there’s often construction happening nearby. Our plot is a decent size, which is good because some of the automation lines we build are quite long. We have a mix of engineers and technicians who spend their time tinkering with sensors and belts. It’s a very technical environment, but we keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed. We don't use a lot of big words or have long speeches. We just look at the blueprints and get to work. Kasna Road can be busy with trucks, especially in the mornings. Inside our gates, it’s all about the machines. We have a small office section for the paperwork, but most of the time you’ll find the staff out on the floor. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of people. We’re just a practical team trying to make things work better. The building is fairly new, but it’s already filled with parts and tools everywhere. We like the setup we have here. It’s a straightforward place for people who like building things and seeing them move. We just focus on the automation and getting the machines tested.
