Sector-58 is a busy place and our unit is located at A/13. It is right near the fire station, so you hear the sirens once in a while throughout the day. We do food processing and packaging here at Brupe Food India Pvt. Ltd. It can get a bit loud inside and the air often smells like whatever we are making that morning. The staff comes in early. We usually drink tea at the small stall down the road before we start the machines. It is a real industrial area, so there are always delivery bikes and big trucks blocking the narrow lane. We spend a lot of time cleaning and making sure everything is in order. The building is a bit old but it works for what we need. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address painted on the gate so people know where to stop. It gets very hot in the summer months, especially when the machines are all running. We try to keep the windows open but the dust from the road comes in. It’s just the daily routine of a food business in this part of town. We don’t do anything fancy, just our daily jobs. Sometimes the fire station guys come by to check on things or just for a quick word. It’s a tight spot and parking is always a mess, but we manage. Most people find us because of the fire station landmark nearby.
