Bhawesh Technical Support Engineering is situated at 267-A Sector 7, along the Ync Road. It is a modest office where we spend most of our time dealing with various technical issues. It is not the kind of place with a big lobby or a receptionist greeting you. Usually, it’s just a few of us surrounded by computers, stacks of technical manuals, and loose wires everywhere. The afternoon sun hits the windows quite hard, making the room a bit warm, but we have a fan that helps. We spend a lot of hours looking at diagrams and talking to people on the phone about their engineering problems. Sector 7 is a busy spot, and the noise from the traffic on Ync Road is constant. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Some days are slow, and we just drink tea and discuss how to fix a particularly difficult problem. Other days, everyone is calling at once and the desks get messy with notes. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number on the door that identifies us. It is a quiet kind of work compared to the manufacturing shops down the street. We focus on the support side of things. It’s a practical business, and we try to be as helpful as we can with the knowledge we have. We aren't trying to be anything corporate, just a local spot for engineering help.
