We are located over in Sector-34 of Noida, specifically at B-9/68C. It is a busy area with a lot of movement every day. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a functional space where we get our engineering work done. Most of the folks here have been around for quite a few years now. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking on cement plant designs. It gets pretty hot during the Delhi summers, so the fans and air conditioning are always going. There is a small pantry where we make our own tea, though some of the staff prefer going to the tea vendor just down the street. It’s a lot of technical talk and looking at blueprints most of the time. We aren't a huge group, so we all know each other's names and families. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains heavily, which can be frustrating, but we manage. You’ll usually find someone at their desk even late into the evening if a big project is nearing a deadline. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the equipment specs are right. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. The neighbors around the building are mostly other small offices or supply shops. It feels like a community here after a while. We just show up, do the job, and head home to our families. It’s a simple routine that works for us.
