Jakson Engineers Ltd. is located right at A-43 in the Phase II Extension area. It’s directly opposite the NSEZ Hosiery Complex, which is a landmark everyone in Noida knows. The area is always buzzing with workers and delivery vans. We spend most of our time dealing with technical drawings and machine parts. The office is right there with the workshop, so there is always a bit of grease and a metal smell in the air. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties here. Most of us are in work clothes because we're always fixing something or checking a piece of equipment. It’s practical work. We deal with engines, power stuff, and all sorts of hardware. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during shift changes at the Hosiery Complex, so we usually plan our deliveries around those times. We’ve been at this address for years and have seen the area change quite a bit. It used to be much quieter, but now it's all buildings and factories. Our team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep the machines running without too much trouble. It’s a busy life here, and we just keep our heads down and do the engineering work that needs doing.
