Associated Industrial Furnaces (P) Ltd. is over in Sector IX at F-9. It’s one of those functional buildings that doesn't look like much from the outside, but we do a lot of heavy lifting inside. Working with industrial furnaces means it gets pretty hot, especially during the peak of summer when the ventilation can barely keep up. We spend our days looking at designs and welding things together. It’s a hands-on type of environment. You won't find many people sitting around doing nothing here. Every corner of the workshop has some piece of steel or a tool waiting to be used. The crew knows the routine by heart now. We start early to avoid the worst of the day's heat. Sector IX is a bit of an older area, so the roads aren't always perfect, but it’s home to us. We’ve had the same sign out front for a long time and it’s faded a bit, but everyone knows where F-9 is. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you’ll likely talk to someone who was just out on the floor with a wrench in their hand. It’s honest work and we try to get it finished on time so we can go home to our families. Some days are long, but that is the way the business works for us.
