Ashish Telecome

Ashish Telecome is situated in Shiv Park within Khora Colony. If you know Khora, you know it’s one of the most crowded places you can find. There are people moving in every direction and the streets are always full of life. My shop is a small place where I spend nearly twelve hours a day. It’s quite dusty because of all the traffic outside, so I’m always cleaning. I mostly handle mobile recharges and quick repairs for the people living nearby. Everyone in Shiv Park seems to know the shop because I’ve been here for a while. It’s not a fancy store with glass walls and bright lights. It’s just a practical space with a solid counter and a few shelves of stock. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck and everything comes to a standstill. I don’t have a big business plan. I just try to help whoever walks through the door with whatever phone trouble they’re having. The work is steady because everyone has a phone these days and they always seem to be breaking. I like being part of the community here. It’s a loud, busy, and sometimes messy place to run a business, but it’s where I belong. I close up late at night when the streets finally start to get a little bit quieter. It’s hard work but it’s honest, and it keeps me going day after day in this neighborhood.
